Abstract:
PURPOSE: To disperse glass fibers uniformly into a resin, and to reduce the variance of the weight of products by mixing glass fibers and a specific fatty acid or its derivative to propylene polymer resin powder, grain size thereof is equal, within a range of limit weight and injection-molding the mixture.
CONSTITUTION: With propylene polymer resin powder, grain size shall extend over 50W800μ and its 70wt% section 200W500μm. 5W100pts.wt. glass fibers and 0.01W1pt.wt. 8W30C fatty acid or its derivative are compounded to 100pts.wt. propylene polymer resin powder, and these materials are mixed under an unmelted state of powder and injection-molded.
