PURPOSE: To increase the starting speed of a driving motor and to drive a moving type platen or moving lamp scanning mechanism at a speed corresponding adequately to copy reduction ratio by comparing the speed signal of a driving motor with the output of a rising time constant circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A specific reduction ratio signal is inputted from an interface to a signal processing part 1 and processed by a CPU 13, and a control signal is inputted from the port P2 of an output interface 15 to a reference frequency generating circuit 32 and a multiplexer 33 to output a signal having a reference frequency and a time constant corresponding to the reduction ratio. Then, a signal is outputted from the port P1 of the signal processing part 1 by a start button input to turn on a driving switch and in an initial driving srate, the signal is amplified with rising characteristics by a comparison speed signal based mainly upon the time constant signal of the multiplexer 33 and the pulse signal of a waveform shaping circuit 31; and control is performed mainly by the phase comparison signal of a phase comparator 34 after the speed becomes steady.
