PURPOSE: To detect an error in corresponding relation between a code and a pattern or a 2-bit error in the pattern, by discriminating a failure of a pattern generator, in collating a partial pattern with a correct data stored in a controller.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 5 receives a transfer start/end instruction input of code information from a control information input terminal 1 and a code information for one screen's share from a code information input terminal 2, performs converting processing from the code information to picture information, and if the conversion is performed, and when the conversion is normally finished, the picture information is outputted to a picture information output terminal 3, and if the conversion is finished in failure, failure information is outputted to a failure information output terminal 4. A pattern generator 6 receives the code information from the controller 5 and returns corresponding pattern information.
