PURPOSE: To use check parameters in common and discriminate input items, and to reduce memory capacity, by using data of input items and data of their terminations, and comparing them with previously defined parameters.
CONSTITUTION: An input data is inputted from a keyboard KB to an input control part IN, and is discriminated its species. Then a check part CK compares it with check parameters regarding a corresponding item stored in a parameter memory PM, thus making a check on it. A search part SC extracts the storage address of the data in the memory PM by an indication from the input control part IN or a jump part JC, and the readout data is read by a reading discrimination part RAN. Data on parameters of a document are transferred through a switch SW to a center device which is not shown in the figure and inputted to a loader LD through a circuit controller LC.
