Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform arithmetic processing through the operation of one specific key, and to simplify keying operation by successively reading key codes stored in the order of input when the specific key is operated, and performing the arithmetic processing according to the read key codes. CONSTITUTION:At the input part 1 of an arithmetic processor, the keyboard 2 provided with register keys, function keys, etc., is provided with a mode switch 3 for setting key modes. A key code from this switch 3 is inputted to the program storage part PR of a CPU 5, and an input from the keyboard 2 is supplied to the storage part PR through an input control circuit 4; and key codes corresponding to operated keys on the keyboard 2 are stored in the classified key memory 6a of a memory 6 in the order of the keys. Then, arithmetic corresponding to a key code inputted through the input part 1 in normal mode is performed by the CPU 5 and when the specific key is operated, the arithmetic processing is performed for every key code by the CPU 5 according to the key code stored in the memory 6a, thus simplify keying operation.
