Title:
LOOSENING APPARATUS OF FULL BOBBIN IN DOFFER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5865017
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To ensure the removal of the full bobbins, by pivoting forks on slots provided in slide metals loosely fitted into main rods, engaging working arms with the slots, and loosening the engagement of the full bobbins with the respective spindles.

CONSTITUTION: When empty bobbins on spindles 21 are fully wound, a spining frame 2 is stopped, and a doffer 1 is docked with the spinning frame 2 to travel along the front of the spinning frame 2. The doffer 1 is then located and stopped at a position where forks 10 correspond to the spindles 21, and the forks 10 and the full bobbins 22 stand opposite to each other. A cylinder 13 is then operated to slide rollers 20 engaging with slots 8 in slide metals 4 and sway the main rods 3 to the spinning frame 2. The rollers 20 are then made to slide to the bottom parts of the slots 8. The forks 10 are introduced into the spindles 21 to come into the point contact with the full bobbins 22 and wharves 23. The forks 10 then push up the full bobbins 22 to loosen the engagement thereof with the spindles 21, and the reversed forks 10 are then held by the own weight in the original state to stand by.
