PURPOSE: To prevent the breaking of a wire at coil end section and to contrive soldering process of good quality by a method wherein a part or whole part of the coil winding section of a terminal pin is pushed in a coil frame after winding a coil end section in a projected section at the outside of the coil frame of the terminal pin.
CONSTITUTION: Through holes 2, 2 are perforated at both sides of a coil frame 1 winding a coil 4 and after inserting terminal pins 3 in the through holes 2, 2 the terminal section 4a of a coil 4 is wound on one projected section of the terminal pins 3 for soldering process, then the terminal pin 3 is pushed in arrow B direction by a push head 7 and is moved to push a part or whole part of the terminal pin 3 at a coil end side. Accordingly, this method draws the solder toward the end side of the terminal pin 3 to attain almost equal finish and generates a dip for a leader line 4a' between the coil 4 and the terminal pin 3 and the breaking of a wire by tension can be eliminated.
