Abstract:
PURPOSE: The diameters of roving bobbins which are hung on the creel on the start of spinning are made to differ between the bobbins hung on the front row and those on the rear row to facilitate the exchange full bobbins with new bobbins and other bobbin exchange operations.
CONSTITUTION: Among bobbin hangers 14 in two front and read rows, half-full bobbins are hung on hangers in one row and full bobbins on those in the other row, then the spinning is started. Half-full bobbins to be exchanged with new full bobbins are always placed on the front row of the creel, then the roving bobbins are exchanged. This process permits the easy exchange of half-full bobbins with full ones in narrow spaces.
