Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the slots of a stator core from being blocked by a projection for guiding the vicinity of the end of a coil to become the inserting direction side of wedge by reducing the size of the projection smaller than that at the other position. CONSTITUTION:A pair of right and left guide projections 15, 15 projected laterally are respectively provided at the cutside end of a wedge guide 11. The projections 15, 15 are formed except the vicinity of the end of a coil to become the inserting direction side of the wedge in a wedge guide 11. In this case, the size of the length of the part except the projections 15, 15 is set smaller than the length size of the wedge. With this structure, the projections 15, 15 are not provided at the position in the vicinity of the end of the wedge guide 11, and the interior of the slot 13 of a stator core 12 is locally blocked by the wedge guide.
