Title:
ROTARY ENCODER INTERRUPTING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5886601
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To speed up the responsiveness of control by using a comparator which compares a rotational angle detected by a rotary encoder with a set rotational angle stored temporarily in a register and then sends out an interruption signal in response to their coincidence. CONSTITUTION:A register 4 temporarily stores a set rotational angle set by a computer 5. The rotational angle of a cam 1 rotating togeter with a control body of rotation in one body is detected by a rotary encoder 2, and a comparator 3 compares the detected rotational angle with the set rotational angle stored temporarily in the register 4. Once those two angles coincide with each other, the comparator 3 sends out an interruption signal 8. On receiving the interruption signal 8, the computer sends out an update command for updating the storage contents of the register 4 to a successive necessary set rotational angle to the register 4 and processes a signal for control over the body of rotation at the same time, thereby outputting the arithmetic result.
