PURPOSE: To distribute a powdered or a particulate material in an arbitrary ratio, by installing a chute bottom plate which is connected to the top part of a powdered material feed pipe and has a slanted angle approximately equal to the angle of repose of the powdered material.

CONSTITUTION: A powdered material, fed as shown by an arrow mark (a) from thr lower part of a powdered material feed pipe 1, is raised in a condition to fill the powdered material feed pipe 1 therewith. The powdered material so supplied is swollen in a cone at the top part of the powdered material feed pipe 1 depending upon the angle of repose inherent in the powdered material. When the supply of the powdered material is further continued starting with this state, the powdered material swollen in a cone is slipped down onto a chute bottom plate 2 along a slope inclined at the angle of repose. During such slip, the powdered material is divided by means of chute partitions 3, the slip of the powdered material onto each chute bottom plate 2 is distributed in a ratio proportioning a distance between the partitions 3.
