Abstract:
PURPOSE:To contrive to enhance the safety and the efficiency of work, by connecting a loose head and a jack press clamping apparatus by a propelling rod screwed into and supported by a hydraulic jack apparatus to eliminate a distance piece. CONSTITUTION:A propelling rod 8 is rotated by manipulating a sending handle 11 to advance a loose head 6 to the side of a first head 3 and the group of filter plates 1 is sent to a predetermined position. Because the piston rod 18 in a hydraulic jack apparatus 10 is made impossible in the rotation thereof with respect to a cylinder tube 13 in rotating the propelling rod 8, the propelling rod 8 is advanced by screw sending. Oil pressure is applied to the apparatus 10 through the jack head 6 while the piston rod 18 is moved to the side of a flange part 22 against the repulsion force of a spring 25 to carry out high press clamping of the group of the filter plates 1. A lock nut 12 is rotated to clamp and fix the propelling rod 8. The loosening of clamping due to the withdrawal of oil pressure is prevented while the group of the filter plates is held under a press clamping state and stable filtering operation can be carried out.
