Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain >=99.9% absolute ethanol from an ethanol-containing substance, such as unrefined sake obtained by fermentation, by use of heat of condensation as a heat source of a dehydration tower and without a recovery tower, thereby economizing the energy consumption.
