Abstract:
PURPOSE:To constantly perform surveilance over a large abnormality in deviation of the water level by adding a limiter in a water level regulator. CONSTITUTION:When the water level H rises upper than Href by adding a limiter LIMIT in a water level regulator X, the output of a comparator A1 and the output K of 1/R become positive. However, the output of the limiter LIMIT is limited to UL. Therefore, only the command to an adder A2 becomes a constant value of etaF, and the opening degree eta of the actual guide vane is controlled to a constant value of etaF. Even though the water level increases, the output of the adder A2 becomes zero. Conversely, the water level H of the regulating pond is lowered to less than (Href-R), it is restricted to the lower limit value LL of the limiter, the guide vane does not reach a value less than the opening degree corresponding to the nonload flow quantity. Therefore, there is no possibility of occurrence of motoring. Further, as long as no trouble occurs in the main body of the water-wheel, no alarm is emitted to the outside, and hence surveilance over the large abnormality in the deviation can be constantly performed.
