Abstract:
PURPOSE:To manufacture a tire free from cord disorder by setting a green tire with a rubber sheet provided on the external circumference of cord fabric with rubber fixed at a core in a top force and a bottom force and vulcanizing rubber fixed in a cavity for lug molding. CONSTITUTION:Beads 12 are installed at both ends of cord fabric with rubber 13 and a green tire 10 with a rubber provided on the external circumference is preliminarily molded. Then said green tire 10 is charged in a mold consisting of a top force 16 and a bottom force 17 under such a state that the green tire is fixed at a core 18 or a preliminary mold 15. After this procedure, rubber is injected under pressure (e.g. injection) into a cavity 19 formed by said forces to form a lug part 20 and the lug is thermally vulcanized to be removed from the forces. Cord fabric does not suffer from cord disorder because a rubber sheet is provided on the external circumference of cord fabric with rubber, thus making a homogeneous tire available. The titled manufacture is suitable for agricultural tires.
