Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain laminated materials having a characteristic of anti-peeling, a thermal resistance and a mechanical strength by impregnating a base sheet with a thermosetting resin liquid so as to obtain a predetermined content of the resin liquid in the base and laminating a sheet or film-like coverage material onto both surfaces of the base sheet. CONSTITUTION:When a film or sheet-like coverage materials, especially metal foils are laminated on both faces of laminated base impregnated with a thermosetting resin liquid, the volume ratio of the resin liquid to the base sheet is controlled to range between 10 and 90%, preferably between 30 and 70%. The controlling methods are used as follows; (a) when the base sheet is impregnated with the resin, liquid, too much volume of liquid is supplied to it and excessive liquid comes off through slits 33 of adjusted size, (b) placing a squeezing roller set between an impregnation apparatus 2 and a laminating apparatus 3 to squeeze off excessive liquid.
