Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned reinforced tube uniform in strength, quality and excellent in air tightness by a method wherein a reinforcement cord is wound and laminated in a specific state about an expanded rubber tube and then the outer circumferential surface is covered with an outer layer material. CONSTITUTION:A blind type cord 2a of width 10-30mm. is wound up in a coil form about an expanded rubber tube 4a. At the inner circumferential position of the tube 4a winding angles of 70-85 deg. are given to the central axis, the number of plies is even and the winding directions reverse to each other. Cross angles theta of the reinforcement cord 2a take 140-170 deg. on the inner circumferential side of the tube 4a. After then, the outer circumferential surface of this laminated reinforcement cord layer 2 is covered by winding up an outer layer rubber in a narrow strip form as an outer layer material 1.
