Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable to estimate accurate flow amount stably without being effected with present discharge amount even with water level change, by obtaining the flow amount through the addition of the flow rate per unit time and the average discharge by means of the operation unit. CONSTITUTION:If water level change is present with N2 times of discharges, the water storage amount VH3 to the present water level H3 is obtained with the H-V converter 2. Next, after the first operation unit 3 obtains the increment or decrement of stored water per one time from the water storage VH3 and the storage VH2 before, the flow rate per unit time, (VH3-VH2)/(N2T) is obtained from the time T required for water level change. Next, since the fourth operation unit 7 outputs the average discharge QV2 while the water level changes from H2 to H3, the flow is obtained by adding the flow rate per unit time and the average discharge QV2 by using the third operation unit 5. Thus, stable and accurate flow amount can be estimated without being affected with the present discharge during the water level change.
