Abstract:
本発明の目的は、極めて高い崩壊性（短い崩壊時間）を備えた口腔内崩壊錠剤（超速崩壊錠剤）、及び、そのような超速崩壊錠剤を凍結乾燥といった煩雑な操作を経ずして製造することができる簡便な方法を提供すること。本発明は、比表面積が１．５０乃至２．５０mm2/mg及び重量が１０〜５０ｍｇであり、特に、水中崩壊時間が７秒以下で、口腔内崩壊時間が５秒以下であるような口腔内崩壊錠剤、該口腔内崩壊錠剤の製造方法、及び、該製造方法に用いる崩壊性粒子組成物等に関する。
