Abstract:
The present invention improves the reliability of measurement data obtained by measuring the state of a user during sleep. A sleep monitoring capsule 1A comprises a capsule 10A that defines a sleeping space for one person, said sleep monitoring capsule 1A comprising a monitoring unit 30A that monitors the sleep state of a user sleeping in the capsule 10A and that monitors the state of the user during sleep, wherein the capsule 10A has a door 12 which enables opening and closing of an opening 11 in the capsule 10A from the inside of the capsule 10A, and a ventilation unit 13 which ventilates the inside of the capsule 10A.
