Abstract:
An optical device (1, 2) comprises: a transmission unit (10, 50) that is provided with a branching part (13, 53-2) for splitting an inputted continuous wave laser beam and for outputting the split laser beam as a measurement beam and a reference beam, and an optical system (15, 55) for irradiating an object with the measurement beam; an optical mechanism provided between the object and the optical system so as to generate a plurality of fixed frequency spectrum peaks at two or more fixed frequencies; a reception unit (20, 60) that generates an interference beam by synthesizing the reference beam and a reflection beam, which results from reflection of the measurement beam from the object, and that outputs the interference beam as a reception signal; a signal processing unit (30, 70) that is provided with a frequency measurement part (31, 71) for outputting the frequency spectrum of the reception signal and a phase correction part (33, 73) for correcting the phase of the frequency spectrum of the reception signal; and a drive unit (40, 80) that changes the geometrical position relation between the optical system and the object at each time of multiple measurement occasions.
