Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a tool changer that can keep a tool plate from being accidentally released from a master plate. One aspect of the present invention is a tool changer that comprises: a master plate that has a cylinder chamber and a piston member that can move back and forth inside the cylinder chamber; and a tool plate that is attached to/detached from the master plate by the back and forth movement of the piston member. The master plate also has a lockpin that moves in and out of the cylinder chamber to restrict the back and forth movement of the piston member.
