Abstract:
A method, a system, a network device and a terminal based on multi-carrier, the method includes: receiving the measurement control message which comprises the measurement information of a primary carrier frequency and an auxiliary carrier frequency (101); measuring the primary carrier frequency and the auxiliary carrier frequency according to the measurement control message (102); reporting the measurement result and the carrier frequency corresponding to the measurement result (103). By applying the embodiments of the present invention, the terminals can perform not only the measurement of the primary carrier frequency, but also the intra-frequency measurement of all auxiliary carrier frequencies which the terminal is using, the network side can maintain the information about the auxiliary carrier frequency according to the measurement result of the auxiliary carrier frequency, the accuracy of the judgment of the terminal side mobility by the network side of the multi-carrier system is correspondingly improved.
