Abstract:
The invention provides a fusion protein of onconase (Onc) and bacteria toxin transmembrane domain, a DNA sequence encoding the fusion protein, a vector comprising the DNA sequence, a host cell containing the vector and the method for preparing the fusion protein by genetic engineering. The fusion protein of the invention not only retains the activity of the Onc itself but also has more strong ability for killing the tumor cell, thereby can be used for board-spectrum anti-tumor therapy.
