Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing pine wilt disease, containing antibacterial active materials or compounds of antibacterial materials and nematicidal active materials as active ingredients, and to a method for preventing or treating pine wilt disease by applying the composition for preventing pine wilt disease to the Pinus, Abies, Picea, and Larix cultivation soil. The present invention prevents pine wilt disease at a lower cost as compared to conventional chemicals even when the antibacterial agent is used alone, and prevents pine wilt disease in a further effective manner when the antibacterial agent is used together with nematicides, thus effectively preventing pine wilt disease.
