Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-can two-water type water heater capable of detecting abnormal state of a bath temperature sensor other than a hot water feeding operation.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a one-can two-water type water heater in which a water heating operation and a bath additional heating are carried out at a common combustion part comprising hot water feeding temperature detecting means for detecting temperature at the water heating part; bath tub temperature detecting means for detecting a bath-return temperature; and memory means for storing the bath return temperature when a temperature of the water heating part reaches at first to a predetermined reference temperature when a single additional burning operation for performing an additional heating of the bath. The bath return temperature when the temperature of the water heating part reaches to at first the prescribed reference temperature at the time of the prescribed single additional burning operation is compared with the bath return temperature stored in the memory means and when a temperature difference becomes more than the predetermined value, it is judged that abnormal state is generated at the bath tub temperature detecting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
