Abstract:
This invention relates to 1-naphthyl-acetic acid derivatives having the general formula: (I) in which: R1 is hydrogen atom or a straight- or branched-chain C1-6 alkyl group, R2 is a straight- or branched-chain alkyl group having 1-12 carbon atoms, R3 is a hydroxy group, a C1-6 straight- or branched-chain alkoxy group, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Said compounds have anti-inflammatory, anti-pyretic and analgesic activities and are free from ulcerogenic activity under the administration conditions.
