Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I [R1 is lower alkyl, (lower alkyl-substituted)cycloalkyl; R2 is lower alkyl, or lower alkoxy; R3 is H, halogen, lower alkyl, phenoxy, etc.; X is S, or sulfinyl; n is 1W5].

EXAMPLE: 2-tert-Amyl-6-( 2,4-dichlorophenyl )-4-methyl-1,2,4,6-thiatriazine-3,5-dion- 1-oxide.

USE: A plant blight controller. Useful for blast and sheath blight of rice plant, powdery mildew and black spot of wheat, etc.

PREPARATION: A biuret derivative shown by the formula II is reacted with a compound shown by the formula X Cl2 in the presence of a dehydrohalogenating agent such as pyridine, triethylamine, etc. at 0W100°C for 5W24hr, to give a compound shown by the formula I .
