NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (R1 is lower alkyl or lower alkoxy; R2 is cycloalkyl, carboxyl, heterocyclic ring, phenyl, etc.; Y is single bond, lower alkylene, etc.; R3 is H or substituted amino; Alk is alkylene which may be substituted by O; R4 is H, halogen, lower alkyl, etc.; Z is O, S or two H atoms) or acid addition salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: ( - )-cis-2-( 4-Methoxyphenyl )-3-( 4-methylthiobenzoyl )oxy-5-[ 2-( 4-methoxyphenyl )-3-( 4-methylthiobenzoyl )oxy-5-[ 2-( diethylamino)ethyl ]2,3- dihydro-1,5-benzothiazepin-4( 5H )-one.hydrochloride.
USE: A hypotensive agent, cerebral.coronary vasodilator, blood platelet agglutination inhibitor, etc.
PREPARATION: A compound expressed by formula II is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in a solvent at 0W30°C using dicyclohexylcarbodiimide, etc., as a condensing agent to afford the aimed substance.
