Abstract:
To provide a compound which exhibits an excellent anti-rheumatic action and is useful as a medicine for treating and preventing immunologic inflammatory diseases, for example, rheumatic diseases such as chronic articular rheumatism, Behcet's disease and ankylosing spondylitis, and autoimmune inflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis, systemic lupus erythematous and Sjogren's syndromes.
A [2-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-4-pyrimidinylamino]acetamide derivative is represented by the formula (I) (A is a lower alkyl, a non-substituted or substituted phenyl or the like; X is a lower alkyl, a halogen atom or the like; and R is hydrogen atom or the like).
