PURPOSE: To provide a new substd. 2-cyclohexen-1-yl-amine deriv. useful for control of diseases and more particularly bacterial infection and mycosis.
CONSTITUTION: The compd. of formula I [R1 is H, an alkyl, halogen: R2 is formyl, a hydroxyalkyl, CN, NO2, NHR5, NR6R7, (CO)R10, S(On)R14, etc.; (R5 H, an alkyl, aryl; R6, R7 are an arkyl, aryl; R10 is OH, an alkoxy, aryloxy, etc.; R14 is an alkyl, alkoxy, aryl, etc.; (n) is 0 to 2); R3, R4 are H, an alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, aryl, aralkyl, etc.; A is H, an amino protective group]; for example, 4-methyl-6-carboxy-2-cyclohexen-1-yl-amine hydrochloride. The compd. is obtd. by treating the 2-cyclohexen-1-yl-carboxylic acid deriv. with chlorformate, then adding an azide thereto and hydrolyzing the formed isocyanate of formula III.
