Abstract:
The present invention relates to 2,2-dimethyl-3-alkylether-4-alkoxy-6- alkyl amino benzopyran derivatives or the pharmaceutically available salts thereof; and a PGE2 production inhibitor containing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating the inflammation related to PGE2 activity containing the same. The excellent PGE2 production inhibition effect of the 2-dimethyl-3- alkylether-4-alkoxy-6-alkyl amino benzopyran derivatives or the pharmaceutically available salts thereof is confirmed in the present invention by cell level and animal test, and the above compound is useful in developing therapeutics for inflammation disease induced by PGE2 activity.
