Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formula I [A is furanyl, thienyl, phenyl; when R1 is S, R2 is amino (the case wherein R1 and R2 are subjected to ring formation by -COCH2CO- is included); when R1 is =N-CN or =N-CONH2, R2 is -NHR3 (R3 is H, alkyl, cyclohexyl, pyridyl, piperazyl, -NH.NH-COC2H5].
EXAMPLE: 3-(2-Thienyl)-2-propenylthioamide.
USE: An inhibitor for secretion of gastric juice.
PROCESS: A 3 substituted propennitrile shown by the formula II (R is lower alkyl) is reacted with an alcohol, to give an iminoether shown by the formula III, which is reacted with cyanamide and HR2, to give a compound shown by the formula I.
