Abstract:

To make a fiber-reinforced resin composite have conductivity without spoiling productivity.

The three-dimensional fiber-reinforced resin composite (12 etc.) is obtained by impregnating a reinforcing fiber fabric which is formed by sewing thread 4 into a cloth made of in-plane direction yarn while the thread is fitted to the selvage warp 5 with a resin and curing the resin. The in-plane direction yarn is made of a glass fiber or carbon fiber, and the selvage warp is made of a metallic material such as copper, aluminum, nickel, iron, or titanium. When the in-plane direction yarn is carbon fiber, electric contact is prevented by making the selvage warp nickel. The composite is used as an electromagnetic shielding material. In order to use it as a thunder-proof material, an antistatic material, a heater material, or an impact damage detection sensor, a connection conductive wire 7 short-circuiting the selvage warp mutually or electrode terminals 8, 9 for external connection is installed properly.
