Abstract:
To provide a three-dimensional image processing system, a method, and a program which can generate an image which has left a clear feature so that positioning processing with an endoscopic image is possible by high-speed processing.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional image processing system includes: a three-dimensional image acquisition unit 11 which acquires a three-dimensional image obtained by photographing a subject; a graph structure generation unit 12 generating a graph structure of a tubular structure included in a three-dimensional image; a contour information acquisition unit 13 acquiring contour information of the tubular structure in each point on the graph structure; a viewpoint information acquisition unit 14 acquiring viewpoint information in the tubular structure; a projection point identifying unit 15 identifying a projection point from respective points on the graph structure on the basis of viewpoint information and the graph structure; and a projection image generation unit 16 generating a projection image projecting the contour information of the projection point onto a two-dimensional plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
