Abstract:
To provide a new 4-phenethylaminopyrimidine derivative useful as a pest-controlling agent.
The new 4-phenethylaminopyrimidine derivative is represented by the formula (wherein, A is a single bond, 1-4C alkylene group or 2-4C alkenylene group; R1 is a halogen atom, 2-4C acyloxy- or hydroxy-substituted 1-4C alkyl or nonsubstituted 1-4C alkyl; R2 is a halogen atom or thiophene ring formed together with carbon atoms on the pyrimidine ring through binding to R1; R3 and R4 are each H or a halogen atom; and X is a halogen atom).
