Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a phase shift circuit which can easily obtain an output pulse of a specific duty ratio in a circuit constitution of a comparatively small scale.
CONSTITUTION: A 2nd pulse of a duty ratio of 50% is outputted from a 2nd pulse generation circuit 4 in response to a 1st pulse which is outputted from a 1st pulse generation circuit 1 and has its width varying in response to an input pulse and based on a control signal. Then a 3rd pulse covers the end of the 2nd pulse through the start of the 1st pulse of the next cycle and is outputted. The difference between integration outputs of the 1st and 3rd pulses is fed back to the circuit 1 as a control signal, so that the 2nd pulse is obtained. Then the 2nd pulse is taken out as the 90-degree phase output.
