Abstract:
To provide an AI-assisted automatic marking system and method that can solve the problem of low efficiency and accuracy of manual marking and save time as well as have high precision.SOLUTION: A pre-marking module 14 selects images among microscopic images as candidate images and allocates the rest as redundant images and divides cell marking images obtained by automatically marking a plurality of cells from the candidate images into training data 162 and verification data 164; a first database 16 stores the training data 162 and the verification data 164; a training module 18 utilizes the training data 162 to create a base model; a validation module 20 obtains the base model, verifies a cell area and a background area in the verification data, and thereby forms an automatic marking model; and an automatic marking module 22 utilizes the automatic marking model to mark the cells in the redundant images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
