To enable the training of all muscles entirely in the belly part by getting the upper and lower halves of a user's body twisted in the direction opposite to each other so as to be rotated centering around the vertebra of the user.
The abdominal muscle training apparatus enables the twisting of the upper and lower halves of the user's body in the direction opposite to each other so as to be rotated centering around the vertebra of the user and comprises a rotary disc mechanism, a rotary handle mechanism and an interlinking member. The rotary disc mechanism can make the user stand on it and is rotated freely by forces as applied by the feet of the user. The rotary handle mechanism can be held with hands of the user and rotated freely by forces as applied by the hands of the user. The interlinking member makes an interlinking so as to get the rotary disc mechanism and the rotary handle mechanism rotated synchronously in the opposite direction.
