PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality determination device and an abnormality determination method which are capable of increasing accuracy of determining that an abnormality has occurred in a driver.SOLUTION: An abnormality determination device comprises: a center of gravity calculation part for calculating the center of gravity of a driver of a vehicle in a seating surface of the driver; a center of gravity position determination part for determining whether or not the center of gravity is out of a predetermined range in the seating surface; and a determination part which, if the center of gravity is out of the predetermined range, determines whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the driver on the basis of suggestion information which suggests that the center of gravity has gone out of the predetermined range due to occurrence an abnormality in the driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
