PURPOSE: To enable the check on fixed-time warning data at optional time in center, and to prevent the generation of delay in the acceptance of abnormal ity warning data by adding a sub-center (master) function to every emergency communication device, and in addition, making it of a system to accept polling from the center.

CONSTITUTION: A data receiving means 7, a fixed-time warning destination telephone number memory 8a, an abnormality warning destination telephone number memory 8b, a subcenter function ON/OFF selector switch 9, and a slave machine fixed-time warning data memory 10 are provided. Then, when the emergency communication device acting as a master station accepts fixed- time warning data, and at the time of fixed-time check polling from the center, it sends the fixed-time check data of the master station itself itself and the fixed-time warning data of the slave station to the center in a lump, and simultaneously, at the time of the operation of a slave function, a warning destination is changed so that a fixed-time warning is sent to the master station and an abnormality warning is sent to the center. Thus, the center can check the fixed- time warning data at optional time, and abnormality information can be prevented from becoming difficult to be acceptance.
