Abstract:
To provide an abnormality occurrence prediction system and an abnormality occurrence prediction method, which can increase an operation rate of equipment by predicting the occurrence of an abnormality in the equipment with a hydraulic system, particularly, rolling equipment for manufacturing steel such as a steel plate by rolling a steel raw material made as a metallic material and preventing a trouble from being caused by the occurrence of the abnormality in the equipment, and a steel manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An abnormality occurrence prediction system comprises signal acquisition means for acquiring a signal indicating an operation state of a hydraulic system in operation of equipment having the hydraulic system, and abnormality occurrence prediction means for predicting the occurrence of an abnormality in the equipment when the signal acquired by the signal acquisition means satisfies predetermined conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
