Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel abrasive material with a shaft wherein an abrasive material main unit fixed to a shaft unit can be effectively used to a maximum limit and also the shaft unit and the abrasive material main unit can be firmly fixed.
SOLUTION: An abrasive material with a shaft is formed by providing an abrasive material main unit 2, first recessed part 2a formed from one end of this abrasive material main unit 2 to the other end side direction thereof, second recessed part 2b formed from a tip end of this first recessed part 2a further to the other end side direction of the abrasive material main unit 2 to be formed by diametrically contracting from the first recessed part 2a, shaft holding member 3 press fitting at least a tip end side into the first recessed part 2a also formed by thread engraving a first screw 3c in an internal peripheral surface in the center and a shaft unit 4 screwing a second screw 4a screwed to the first screw 3c engraved in the shaft holding member 3 in the peripheral surface to fit a tip end side into the second recessed part 2b.
