Abstract:
To miniaturize a reaction cell, reduce the quantity of a sample and a reagent to be used and improve measuring accuracy.
An optical path in a reaction cell 10 can be vertically formed by using light guides 17, 19, so that the reaction cell 10 can be miniaturized. A plurality of different measuring ranges can be realized by providing a plurality of optical paths in different directions inside the reaction cell 10, so that measuring accuracy can be improved. In addition, a sample is agitated by bubbles, so that the sample can be sufficiently agitated even if the reaction cell 10 is miniaturized. Since the capacity of the reaction cell 10 is reduced, heating can be performed by a simple means 30.
