Abstract:
To provide an absorbent article capable of quickly absorbing a large amount of body fluid, excellent in diffusivity of body fluid in cross and lateral directions, preventing lateral leakage, and also achieving wearing properties.SOLUTION: There is provided an absorbent article 1 comprising a top sheet 10, a back sheet 24, and an absorber 15, in which the absorber 15 is a three layer laminate of a high absorbent sheet comprising a high absorbent polymer 12 between hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics, and has a first layer 16 on a wearer side, a third layer 18 on a clothing side, and a second layer 17 arranged therebetween, the first and second layers 16, 17 have, as the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, an air-through nonwoven fabric 19, the third layer 18 has, as the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, a pulp-containing composite nonwoven fabric 20 including a spunbond nonwoven fabric 31 and a pulp-fiber web 32. The first, second, third layers 16, 17, 18 respectively comprise, a recess groove 21, 22, an irregularity part 30 on the surface thereof on the wearer side, and vortex method absorbent rates X1, X2, X3 of the respective high absorbent polymers 12 in the first, second and third layers 16, 17, 18 satisfy X1≥X2≥X3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
