Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent product which shows an excellent liquid return preventive property to skin and an excellent absorbent property for highly viscous excretion liquid.SOLUTION: An absorbent product 1 includes a skin-side sheet 10, a non-skin-side sheet 13, and an absorbent body 14. The skin-side sheet 10 includes a surface sheet 11A having a plurality of tall convex parts 31 and short convex parts 32. On the surface sheet 11A, a tall convex part row 31L and a short convex part row 32L are alternately aligned in a second direction to which the rows are orthogonal. The absorbent body 14 includes a low-layer absorbent body 14b and an upper-layer absorbent body 14a, and includes a middle-tall part 42 projecting on a side facing a skin at a center part in an excretion facing part B. The low-layer absorbent body 14b includes a large basis weight part and a small basis weight part, the small basis weight part being thinner than the large basis weight part. The absorbent body 14 includes a side highly-dense region 43 extending along a side edge 42s of the middle-tall part 42, the side highly-dense region 43 being denser than the middle-tall part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
