The solution heat exchanger Hn positioned immediately before a regenerator Gn whose internal pressure exceeds atmospheric pressure and heating absorption solution flowing into the regenerator Gn absorption solution flowing out of the regenerator Gn among each solution heat exchanger Hn to H1 is composed of at least two heat exchangers H3a and H3b arranged in series in the direction of flow of the absorption solution. Consequently, internal pressure of the heat exchanger H3a on a side close to the regenerator Gn is high, and internal pressure of the heat exchanger H3b on a side remote from the regenerator Gn is low. As a result, when designing the heat exchangers, the heat exchanger H3b on the remote side can be designed to the optimum structure without taking pressure proof performance into account, and, for example, manufacturing cost and weight can be reduced when compared with a case where the whole solution heat exchanger H3 has a pressure-proof structure.
