Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the reduction of electromagnetic sound and the cooling improvement of field winding and stator winding.
SOLUTION: A liquid cooling system is adopted for a cooling means, and also a claw-shaped magnetic pole 108 and a field winding 107 of a rotor are molded with satisfactory heat conductive resin to make a well heat conductor 16, thus the rigidity of the rotor is enhanced, and the slot part of the stator core 105 and the end coil part as a whole are solidified with satisfactory heat conductive resin so as to raise the rigidity of the stator as a whole similarly to the rotor and reduce the generation of electromagnetic sound. Moreover, the heat of a heat generation source is conducted via the well heat conductive resin so as to improve cooling.
