To miniaturize a valve block of an accelerating valve, to reduce a cost of the valve block, and to reduce the number of oil leak generation positions.

In this accelerating valve, a pilot pressure passage 10 for leading a pilot pressure performing pilot control of a cartridge type pilot check valve 9 penetrates a counter balance valve installation hole 2a installed with a counter balance valve 7, and communicates with a pilot check valve installation hole 2c installed with the pilot check valve 9. Thereby, a longitudinal hole or transverse hole constituting the pilot pressure passage 10 is not required beside the counter balance valve installation hole 2a or the pilot check valve installation hole 2c, so that a valve block 2 can be thinned by just that much to reduce a hole machining cost and surface machining cost. Reduction of the number of blockade positions by plugs reduces the number of oil leak generation positions.
