Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration correction device with which it is possible to improve the accuracy of correcting the detection value of an acceleration sensor.SOLUTION: An ESP controller determines, when it is determined that a vehicle is running at a certain speed and that the running surface the vehicle is running down is flat, that a correction amount calculation enabled state is on (step S42); calculates a standard deviation Gs of a moderated value of acceleration Gif in which the detection value of an acceleration sensor is moderated (step S46); determines, when the calculated standard deviation Gs is less than or equal to a prescribed value, that a correction amount updating enabled state is on (step S47); and calculates a moderated value of sensor correction amount Gerr as a correction amount for the detection value of the acceleration sensor and updates the correction amount (step S48).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
